Six Bangladeshi companies in Dow Jones SAFE 100 Index

The Dow Jones SAFE 100 Index measures the performance of 100 blue-chip companies in five of the eight member states of the South Asian Federation of Exchanges (SAFE).

The five member states included in the index are: India, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Recently six Bangladeshi companies are tipped to be added to the Dow Jones SAFE 100 Index. These are:

1. Uttara Bank Ltd
2. Pubali Bank Ltd
3. AB Bank Ltd
4. National Bank Ltd
5. Prime Bank Ltd
6. Power Grid Co. of Bangladesh Ltd
