Foreign media spotlights on Bangladesh

In the wake of two important visits (Pranab and Boucher) scheduled next week, foreign press have started highlighting several interesting stories on Bangladesh.

Time Magazine dwells on border lives across India and Bangladesh.

International Herald Tribune advocates for closer cooperation between Bangladesh and India.

Pakistan is trying to undermine ‘cooperation visits’ suggesting a Bangladeshi was involved in the Mumbai attack.

And Wall Street Journal continues to advocate for dropping charges against beleaguered Bangladeshi journalist Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury, suggesting it would be best for Bangladesh.
